Booking Appointments
- Make sure you come to the office 20 minutes before the reserved time
- Enter the information correctly, and the role details will be sent to the information entered
- Booking an appointment does not constitute a confirmation and the final confirmation of the appointment will be sent to you via SMS
- All doctor services and prescription submissions are done entirely electronically.
- National ID must be presented at the time of visit.
- Payment for the visit can only be made online
- If you don't show up, cancel your appointment and can't be tracked
